Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Free domestic shipping on orders over MYR 150 (West Malaysia) and MYR 300 (East Malaysia).

For West Malaysia, a flat rate of MYR 6.00 is applied to orders under MYR 150. 
For East Malaysia, a flat rate of MYR 15.00 is applied to orders under MYR 300.
For international shipping, shipping charges may vary on locations. Kindly refer to the charges calculated at checkout. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that estimated times for delivery are estimates only and may vary based on your location. Hanie Collective is not responsible for third party shipping delays.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are typically fulfilled within 24 to 48 hours. Fulfilment and shipping occur on weekdays only. If we are experiencing a higher volume than normal, fulfilment may take longer than usual but we would do our best to expedite if necessary.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled. If you selected a form of shipping with tracking at checkout, the tracking information will be included in the email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be populated by the courier/shipment carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Hanie Collective is not responsible for any customs and/or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Hanie Collective is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, kindly contact the courier/shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please take photos and save all packaging material and damaged items before filing a claim. A recorded video of the opening of the delivery package showing the damaged goods may be necessary.

 

Returns/ Exchanges/ Refunds

*Please be informed that colours may differ slightly due to camera/ computer settings.
*Please allow 2 to 3cm discrepancy due to manual measurement/ material shrinkage.

Due to hygiene purpose, please note that all beeswax food wraps are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds once their packaging are opened.

If the items are received damaged and not caused by the courier/shipment carrier, please do not open the packaging of the products. Kindly contact our customer service team directly to file a claim. Please take photos and save all packaging material and damaged items before filing a claim. A recorded video of the opening of the delivery package showing the damaged goods may be necessary. Please note that the above actions must be done within 7 days from the receipt date.

Please note that all sale items are final sale. This means that these items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Returns/ Exchanges/ Refunds are not accepted for international delivery.
